MIGUEL BEJIDE. Managing Director. He served as CEO of La Nación newspaper and Televisión Nacional de Chile (TV network).  He also was Commercial Attacheé at the Chilean Embassy in Spain and Director of Business Development of SOFOFA (Chilean Industrial Company Association).  Financial Assistant to several banks: Chile, BHIF, Estado and Sudamericano banks.  He is currently partner and Member of the Board of Solvencia S.A. and Director of Corporación Distribuidora S.A.    He graduated as Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso and is Professor of Finance at the Universidad de los Andes.

JOSÉ MANUEL JARAMILLO. Managing Director.  He served as Chief Commercial Official for Citibank Chile, Citibank Brasil and Banco de Santiago and as Vice President International Operations for Banco de Santiago.  He was Member of the Board of Santiago Leasing, Santiago Stock Exchange Brokerage, CESEC and Forsur.  He is currently partner and Member of the Board of Solvencia S.A. and Board Member of Turismo Rapa Nui, Sociedad Agrícola La Rosa Sofruco and Viña La Rosa.  He graduated as Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

ALBERTO MARRACCINI. Managing Partner. He served as CEO  of Progresa, Industrias Colla, Industrias Forestales, Maquinarias MACO and Compañía Industrial as well as Member of the Board of several companies.  He was Executive Vice President responsible for reestructuring Banco de Santiago under Chapter 11 proceedings as well as Chairman of the Comisión Progresa.  He is currently Chairman of the Board of Solvencia S.A. and Member of the Board of Tricot and FPI Real Estate.  He graduated as Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
